Rebloom: a creative writing series (September-October-November-December 2025)

  • How do you hold grief with your whole body? Let it flower like a swan? Every time I try to write ‘about’ grief, I feel frozen. But whenever I dream of a flower my mom planted, or her Jasmine tea—the dam breaks open. Grief is a river that flows & flows. You don’t have to slip away. It’s okay to hold pain like a jar of honey. It’s safe to show up as you are. Even if tired, or hurting. You don’t have to carry anything. You can put it all down.

September-October-November-December 2025. September 21, 28. And all the Sundays of October, November, December 2025. Timing: 10 am EST to 12 pm EST, which is 3 pm UK time to 5 pm UK time. And 7:30 pm IST to 9:30 pm IST.

  • I created this space to help you access your flow state, after feeling frozen for long. This is developed through my own creative practice: tools that help me get ‘unstuck’ in my writing process. What You’ll Learn: 1. Body-based writing practices + emotional tools. 2. Craft tools. 3. Poetry therapy. 4. How to write with all your five senses. Whether you’re beginning to write (or have written for years): you’ll find a new way of working. Relaxing your nervous system.

  • Write with the salt on your tongue. The pulse of your palm. How your back bends to drink water. How your knees fold in the morning sun-light. Write with the heat in your fingertips. Write with your body’s whole truth. The more you do this, the easier it will be to trust your body. Learn from the work of Mary Oliver, Andrea Gibson, bell hooks, & more. Write at least 6-7 poems you will be proud of. Come in. Let me welcome you home.
