Rebloom Writing Workshop (January-February-March-April 2026)

  • Are you waiting to flower open the stories of your body? Are there stories waiting in the bedrock of your skin—your palm-lines, marks, moles? What shape are they asking for? Do you feel a grief or joy so deep you can't hide it anymore?

February 7, 14 and 21 & 28. And all the Saturdays of March + April 2026. Timings: 10 am PST to 12 pm PST. Which 1 pm EST to 3 pm EST. 6 pm UK time to 8 pm UK time.

  • Through a combination of somatic writing & poetry therapy, we will free what you've suppressed. For years. Let it 'spill' onto the page as automatic writing, dreams, poem seeds, myths, voice notes. Let it feel like a prayer. A homecoming. My writing instructor once said: 'sometimes I have to remind myself that I'm in a body." Poetry reminds you that you have a body. You're in a body. No matter what happens, you have this to lean on. And isn't that everything? Your shame isn't your story. But how you choose to write it, to transmute it- that most certainly can be. A superpower.

February 7, 14 and 21 & 28. And all the Saturdays of March + April 2026. Timings: 10 am PST to 12 pm PST. Which 1 pm EST to 3 pm EST. 6 pm UK time to 8 pm UK time.

Take back parts of yourself you'd shed in order to survive. Learn somatic writing exercises + emotional processing tools to help you get "unstuck." Read work by Mary Oliver, Audre Lorde. Ocean Vuong. bell hooks, Ross Gay, Li-Young Lee & more. Write at least 6-7 poems/prose pieces you can be proud of.
