Tell me, what is it you plan to do with your one wild and precious life?

- Mary Oliver

If you're a creative person, the answer to that Mary Oliver question is likely:

run in the pull of all that calls to your creative spirit.

So why not live the life that you secretly always knew you were meant to live?

Rebloom, a creative writing series (June-July 2025):

  • Are you waiting to flower open the stories of your body? Are there stories waiting in the bedrock of your skin— your palm-lines, stretch-marks, moles? What shape are they asking for? Do you feel a grief or joy so deep you can't hide it anymore? This workshop is a part of my writing community. You can choose monthly or quarterly options.

The Sundays of June 2025. June 8, 15, 22, 29. Timing: 10 am EST to 12 pm EST, which is 2 pm to 4 pm UK time, and 7:30 pm to 9:30 pm pm IST.

  • Through a combination of somatic writing & poetry therapy, we will free what you've suppressed. For years. Let it 'spill' onto the page as automatic writing, dreams, poem seeds, myths, voice notes. Let it feel like a prayer. A homecoming. My writing instructor once said: "sometimes I have to remind myself that I'm in a body." Poetry reminds you that you have a body. You’re in a body. No matter what happens, you have this to lean on. And isn't that everything? Your shame isn't your story. But how you choose to write it, to transmute it— that most certainly can be. A superpower.

The Sundays of June and July 2025. June 8, 15, 22, 29. July 6, 13, 20, 27. Timing: 10 am EST to 12 pm EST, which is 2 pm to 4 pm UK time, and 7:30 pm to 9:30 pm IST.

  • Write to feed parts of yourself you didn't even know were hungry. Realise how poetry isn't just a luxury. Not just a writing tool. But a lifeline. An anchor. A survival toolkit. Take back parts of yourself you'd shed in order to survive. Learn somatic writing exercises + emotional processing tools to help you get "unstuck.” Read work by Mary Oliver, Audre Lorde, Ocean Vuong, bell hooks, Ross Gay, Li-Young Lee & more. Write at least 6-7 poems/prose pieces you can be proud of.

The Sundays of June and July 2025. June 8, 15, 22, 29. July 6, 13, 20, 27. Timing: 10 am EST to 12 pm EST, which is 2 pm to 4 pm UK time, and 7:30 pm to 9:30 pm IST.

What you Leave Behind when you Leave, Writing Workshop

Have you ever left someone? Have you wondered about what you may have left behind when you left a place or a person? Does it haunt you still? What have you taken with yourself of someone you left? What ways do they continue to stay on with you? Like a memory, a ghost, a wound, a shadow? If you have left someone or something midway: with things still unfinished, words still unsaid -these workshops are for you.

Kind Words from Workshop Members:

  • Trivarna has a knack for creating a beautiful creative environment all around. She gives us some of the most out of the box prompts. I especially benefited from her poetry classes - and ended up publishing two long poems that began during her workshop!
