Every writer/member/client who signs up for any of the workshops, communities or services listed on this website agrees to all these policies: including all the policies on this page, our Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

Except as provided herein, all purchases are deemed final and non-refundable. Notwithstanding the foregoing, in the event that Wildflowers are Prayers, the Company, organizers, and tutors are unable to conduct any scheduled classes, workshops, events, or features of the group/portal, or suspend such activities without rescheduling or reorganizing them for a future date, a refund shall be initiated and provided to all clients for the duration of the unfulfilled services. This provision shall only apply to circumstances where the services are entirely inaccessible during the specified period.

In light of the exclusive subscription-based nature of our community, where each membership and subscription confers a limited seat allocation within our community on a monthly basis, no refunds shall be issued.

Refunds

If Writer/Member/Client is on a weekly or instalment payment plan— they cannot cancel midway. Even if they choose to cancel or not attend, they are not entitled to having their outstanding fees waived off. In signing up for any of the workshops and/or communities listed on this website: the Member/Writer/Client agrees to not having the entirety of their fee waived off & offers the hosts and owners of the Website the right to seek the whole amount from the client. Any legal fees that come up as a result will also be borne by the client who’s signed up for the workshop & failed to pay the full fee.

This policy of non-refundability is explicitly delineated within our formal refund and cancellation policy documentation, as well as conspicuously disclosed on our Sales page, hereby incorporated by reference. Users are strongly advised to thoroughly acquaint themselves with these terms prior to any transaction.
